Lobester Gym

A progressive brain gym built around bilateral tapping sequences. Alternate-hand exercises recruit both cerebral hemispheres simultaneously — building the cross-hemisphere link that underpins attention, working memory, and processing speed.

01 / Tempo

Ladder sessions

Each session climbs a tempo ladder — cues accelerate progressively so the cortex is pushed just past its current synchronisation ceiling. A cue-fade continuation phase keeps the rhythm internal once the sound drops out.

02 / Pattern

Alternating cues

Left-hand and right-hand taps are cued independently with distinct audio and visual signals. Crossing the midline — physically and neurologically — is the whole point. Errors are never penalised; accuracy emerges through repetition.

03 / Continuity

Session memory

Practice history is stored locally under a stable key so progress survives updates and device restarts without an account. The data lives in your browser and goes nowhere else.
