TinkerBox

About this pool

A public workbench. Things get built here to find out how they work, and stay open while that is being figured out.

What this pool is for

The quickest way to understand a thing is to take it apart where others can watch.

TinkerBox holds the working parts behind the rest of the forest: the engine that draws Chloé's avatar, and a panel of models you can put a question to. Each one is live and usable, and each shows its workings rather than hiding them.

A printable calendar maker and a game-icon generator are next on the bench.

Avatar Playground

Chloé is a cloud of dots joined by a shifting web, not a face and not an orb. This is the real engine she runs on, with every state, expression and rule one click away.

  1. Idle: a dense web of points and lines, resting.Idle
  2. Thinking: the web draws in to a few bright points.Thinking
  3. Speaking: the cloud brightens and spreads as her voice moves it.Speaking

Rendered by the engine itself. Nothing runs until you press start; then real sound and her own voice drive the cloud.

Model councils

Ask one hard question under two very different conditions. Both are public and stateless: no fleet memory, no delegation, nothing saved. The same council is shared with AI-d kit.

TinyLLM Local Oracle: five small local models, one fixed role each

  1. ProposerTiny-Agent
  2. Analystllama
  3. Criticqwen
  4. ObserverEVE
  5. Synthesizerqwen

On Oracle ARM hardware. Slow by design, and free.

OpenRouter Free

Free cloud models take distinct deliberation roles. A model keeps its seat only if it answered a real call within a week of the last check, and the council page shows how old that check is.

The TinkerBox catalog

Every project the site catalog lists for this pool, each with its status and review record under "Catalog record".

Project details load from the shared catalog. If they do not appear, you can still explore the other pools below.
